My name is John Cofer and I am the pastor of Liberty Baptist Church. Our mission statement describes why we
as a church exist. God loved the world so much that He gave His Son, Jesus Christ. The hope of heaven is a personal
relationship with Jesus. Liberty is a community of believers seeking to know Jesus more intimately. From this intimacy
comes a desire to share Jesus with others in Rankin County.
“And this is His commandment: that we should believe on the name of His Son Jesus Christ and love one another, as He gave us commandment.” (1-John 3:23)

Children Music and Worship
Music and Worship Ministry for Children (PreK-6th Grade) will begin Wednesday, August 17th with a Kick-off Registration Event at 6pm. Please complete and return the registration form.
Vacation Bible School
Thank you to all of the volunteers. You made 2011 VBS an awesome experience. 102 children rerolled, 9 professions of faith, 15 prospects discovered.
